Queens: 37th Avenue - 93rd Street

Thirty-Seventh Avenue, at the N.E. corner of 93rd Street showing the H. S. Leverich house. It was erected in 1840. Fred Schuchardt was the owner in 1891, and Mrs. Viel the occupant in 1922.
