1111 Park Avenue, at S. E. corner of 90th Street, a new apartment building, nearing completion, replacing four 5-story houses on Park Avenue and Nos. 104-10 East 90th Street. The building immediately below it is only two or three years older. 1925. Joseph Smith, Photographer.
