Queens: 37th Avenue - Warren Street

Thirty-Seventh Ave., (formerly Elmhurst Ave., also Polk Ave.) at the S.E. corner of Warren St., showing in a set of 4 views the J. P. Leverich house, H. S. Leverich was the owner in 1860. Jacob Orth was an occupant until 1905. The house was demolished in March 1925. Views 3 & 4 show the house on its way to extinction. 1922. View 2: March 1923. Views 3 & 4: March 1924. Eugene L.
