70 Pine Street, (Sixty Wall Tower): west side of Pearl Street, from Pine to Cedar Streets, showing a general view northward of the vicinity. Pearl Street, is the thoroughfare running thru the center of these views and has the South Ferry "El" division upon the same. Across the top is the Brooklyn Bridge and its approach. In the left foreground are modern office structures housing various insurance and underwriting companies. Appearing in both views, and opposite the New York Steam Co. plant is a 35 story building, No. 1 Platt Street which is the property of the Creek Holding Corp.
