320 to 348 Broadway, east side, north from Pearl to Leonard Streets, showing prominently the 16-story Central Syndicate Building (No. 320-324), at the N.E. corner of Pearl Street. The 12-story structure with the ornate tower appearing on the left is the N.Y. Life Insurance Co. Building.
