Bronx: Spuyten Duyvil Parkw - William Street

Spencer Ave., east side, between West 260th and West 261st Streets. In 1888 it was on the Jonathan Odell property. From 1900 to 1911 it belonged to Lena and Grace Schmitt and was known as "The Knolls". About 1927. W. B. Vernam.
