144 to 136 Clinton Street, at, adjoining and north of the N.W. corner of Livingston Street, showing a row of attached houses, built by Wm. Evans about 1845. Nos. 138-136, the two houses on the right, were later torn down and the 12-story Insurance Building erected there. The later views show the remaining buildings, Nos. 144-140.
