THE NEW YORK TIMES MARCH 1940 A negro group, the Twelfth Church of Christ, Scientist, a branch of the First Church of Christ, Scientist, of Boston, is making extensive changes to this building, purchased from the former occupants, St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church. The latter are now affiliated with Grace Lutheran Church at 123 West Seventy-first Street. They started here in a little frame building about seventy-five years ago, and have occupied the structure shown about forty-one years. The Reverend F. H. Bosch has been the pastor for thirty-five years.
