Manhattan: Broadway - Wall Street

(1) Broadway, east side, north from Wall to Pine Streets, August 7, 1929. P. L. Sperr. (2) The same, in an eastward direction, as seen from No. 74 Trinity Place. The buildings occupying this block front are, the 21-story American Surety Co. Building, No. 100-96 Broadway, at the S.E. corner of Pine Street and the 11-story First National Bank, 94-90 Broadway, at the N.E. corner of Wall Street. The latter was replaced by a 21-story structure in 1931. P. L. Sperr. August 20, 1929.
