Richmond: Delafield Place - Bard Avenue
Delafield Place, north side, between Bard Ave. and Richmond Terrace. Wm. T. Davis states that this was at one time the home of Sanderson Smith, and also of Walter Lambert. The maps from 1874 to 1907 show it to have been the G. Heineken residence, and the 1917 map shows it to have been the R. F. Walser home. The house stands about 80 feet back of the street.
