Manhattan: Watts Street - Hudson Street

(1) Watts Street, south side, from No. 99, east of Hudson Street, to No. 51, east of Varick, inclusive. Nos. 99 to 75, the group of old houses west of, adjoining and at Varick Street, S.W. corner, are shortly to be demolished for the site of the Holland Plaza Building. A number of these old houses are brick faced frame houses, specifically Nos. 91-89, 83, 81, 79, and 75 at the corner. The last is faced with brick on the 93 Varick Street side. October 11, 1928. P.
