E. Tremont Avenue, at, adjoining, and north of the N.W. corner of Frisby Avenue. On the corner is the old print shop of the Westchester Globe, a landmark in this area, bearing 2754 E. Tremont Avenue. View 2 shows numbers 2754 and 2752, the latter being the law office of Harry Kempner, also seen in view 1. These two parcels of property, in their first change of ownership in sixty-two years, were sold by the estate of John H.
