82nd Street, east side, between Thirtieth and Thirty-first Avenues, showing in a set of 4 views the Hazard-Duryea farmhouse. Some owners of this property were Judge James Hazard in 1740-1765; John Duryea, 1852; Mrs. E. Duryea, 1873; Duryea 1891; and L. Duryea in 1896. The house was razed in May 1927.
