Celebrations, Parades, and Municipal Events: Three views of National Guard and Naval Reserve units marching northward on Fifth Avenue from Washington Square. These contingents have just passed W. 10th Street (in views 1 and 2), at the N. W. corner of which appears a portion of the Church of the Ascension. View 3 is photographed in the opposite direction. At the left is the 1st Presbyterian Church occupying the avenue frontage from 11th to 12th Streets. Note the new 8 story Mac Millan and Co. Building under construction at the N.
