Bronx: Reservoir Avenue - Kingsbridge Road (West)
2717 Reservoir Ave., of the NW corner of West Kingsbridge Road, showing the gatekeeper's lodge on the H.B. Claflin estate. The G.W. Bromley map of 1924 as revised to September 1932, shows the site to be occupied by a 1-story garage building. The H.B. Claflin Mansion was located at what is now the SE corner of West 197th Street and Webb Ave. and was replaced by a private driveway from Reservoir Ave., commencing at the gatekeeper's lodge.
