Manhattan: Lexington Avenue - 46th Street (East)

The lower block (46th - 47th Street) front in conjunction with adjoining buildings will be cleared (with the exception of a 20 foot parcel at No. 493) and the space improved with a 1 story commercial building to contain 11 stores, and an automobile parking lot.
