Brooklyn: Van Sicklen St. - Ave. V

(1) Van Sicklen Street, east side, north of Ave. V., showing the home of C. Lake from 1857-1873. This house was erected in 1820 on the site of another structure, said to have been built a century earlier. Some sources state this property to have been possessed by this family for over 200 years.
