Richmond: Westervelt Avenue - Scribner Avenue

St. George, Staten Island: Looking eastward across the lower part of St. George and the Upper New York Bay as seen from 389 Westervelt Avenue, at the head of Scribner Avenue. The clock tower is that of Public School No. 16 on Daniel Low Terrace. On the extreme right are piers and warehouses of the American Dock Company and across the bay is the skyline of Kings County (Brooklyn).
