Manhattan: 124th Street (West) - Amsterdam Avenue

West 124th Street, east from Amsterdam Avenue. At the left, at Morningside Avenue, is a clearance upon which stood until recently, the buildings owned by John D. Rockefeller. To their rears abutted the rear of the Lincoln School of Teachers College. This is now opened to view. The institutional structure in the center background is Sydenham Hospital.
