Richmond: Richmond Terrace - Franklin Avenue
Richmond Terrace (left, not seen), adjoining the S.E. corner of Franklin Ave., showing a side view of the Ward House, also known as the "Cement House" since 1837. It later (1898) became the property of Mrs. J. Frank Emmons, and still later (1907) that of Mrs. F. J. Brown. It no longer appears on the 1917 map. The view is eastward from Franklin Ave. About 1900.
