Manhattan: 24th Street (West) - 11th Avenue

W. 24th Street, east from a point to the west of Eleventh Avenue (in No. 1; 2&3 being from and across the Avenue). Note the cleared areas at the S.W. and N.E. corners. Upon the first of these sites stood the old car house of the New York Railway Co. and is seen only in No. 1 and upon the latter a lumber yard and a 2 story structure bearing No. 202-8 Eleventh Avenue. The dining car seen is at the S.E. corner and replaces a former tenement (no. 200). April 3, 1937. Views 1,2 and 3 P.L. Sperr
