Brooklyn: Shore Road - 97th Street

Shore Road, east side, between 97th and 99th Streets. In 1890 on the Robinson's maps of Kings County, the homes in this view were on the Estate of Henry Stanton. The Estate of A. W. Johnson was south of the Stanton Estate and west of Shore Road. The house in the foreground is the original Stanton House. About 1920. Eugene L. Armbruster Collection.
