Queens: 93rd Avenue - 172nd Street
93rd Avenue, north side, east from 172nd to 173rd Streets. The first two dwellings were owned by Mrs. L. Waters in 1873; the farthest one, where automobile is parked, by J. McDonald. The avenue at this point was then named Willow Street. P. L. Sperr April 1, 1932
