Brooklyn: Flushing Avenue - Cypress Avenue

(1) 1325 Flushing Ave., north side, east of Cypress Ave., showing in the foreground, the Nicholas Wyckoff farmhouse, acquired in 1765; from a Schenck. It was erected in 1650 or 1656 (marked on rafter) and partially demolished by fire in 1700. The original joists remained and the barn was rebuilt around them.
