(1) Washington Street, west side, from West Houston (formerly Hammersley) Street to Leroy Street, inclusive. September 30, 1930. P. L. Sperr. (2) The same, to Leroy Street and north. The northern end of the new St. John's Park Freight Terminal will be at Clarkson Street, but the buildings on the west side of Washington Street north from that point are being razed for the building of the railroad's elevated roadbed.
