Van Cortlandt Avenue West, north side, west of Orloff Avenue, showing an old 2-story framed dwelling. The maps of 1900 and 1911 show it to have been on the A. Van Cortlandt property. It now (1938) occupies lot 356 on block 3252-E. May 6, 1938. P. L. Speer.
