Richmond: Hylan Boulevard - Ainsworth Avenue

3566 Hylan Boulevard, south side, at Ainsworth Avenue. The maps of 1874, 1887, and 1898 show it to have been part of the J. J. Crooke estate. It was later (1907 map) on the property of the Willet Realty Co., and still later (1917 map) on the Willard Realty Co. It is now (1938) within Staten Island Marine Park. P. L. Sperr May 14, 1932.
