Manhattan: Broadway - Battery Place

Bowling Green: New York's first park photographed southward down Broadway. This thoroughfare is on the right and Battery Park is just beyond. Buildings appearing through the trees are units of the former residences that now form "Steamship Row." Above same, in the Upper Bay, lies Governor's Island.
