Manhattan: Madison Avenue - 34th Street (East)

Madison Ave., east side, north from East 34th to 37th Streets, showing in the foreground a row of 4-story houses (Nos. 189-197) that will be replaced by a 14-story apartment house. On the N.E. corner of East 35th Street, appears the Church of the Incarnation. Occupying the 36th to 37th block is the J. P. Morgan home and Library. September 1, 1937. P. L. Sperr.
