Manhattan: Hancock Place - St. Nicholas Avenue

Hancock Place, north from St. Nicholas Avenue (foreground), to Roosevelt Square (midground). Beyond the latter point this short thoroughfare becomes W. 125th Street which continues to the North River. To the left is Sydenham Hospital, occupying the west side of Manhattan Avenue, between W. 123rd Street and Hancock Place. The apartment house opposite same is the 6 story Hancock Court which bears No. 281-85 St. Nicholas Avenue; same being at the N.W. corner of that thoroughfare and Hancock Place. November 1927. Geo. L.
