Manhattan: Wall Street - William Street
Wall Street, west from William Street, to Broadway, showing prominently the northerly side of this financial thoroughfare. Trinity Church, at the latter point dominates this locale. Preceding same to the right is the massive National Bank of the Republic (Fort Sherman). To the left of the telegraph pole in the foreground is the ornate Drexel Morgan S Co. Bldg. Opposite are the entablatured U.S. Sub Treasury and Assay Office buildings. Adjacent to the last is the partially completed Gallatin National Bank Bldg. About 1887 Thru New York Historical Society
