Queens: Broadway - Corona Avenue

Broadway, west side, north from a point south of Corona Avenue, shoving three views of an area that was demoli2 hed prior to October 1930. The two houses, from left to right, that are being razed, for the vetward extension of Corona Avenue, were the prop-rtv of A. Lawrence and J. A. Lawrence in 1873 respectively. Joseph A. Bawrence Jr., son of Joaeph A. Lawrence and Eliza D. Gorslire was born in 1845, in this house where he reaided uoiil 1896. Oppoaite tHis hoae stood the Schenck houae of 1881.
