Manhattan: 42nd Street (West) - 10th Avenue

West 42nd Street, north side, west from, but not including Tenth, to, but not including Eleventh Aves. Plot fenced in is a portion of excavation work necessary for the new railroad right of way. Part of a statewide program eliminating grade crossings, it also relates to the City West Side Improvement plan. May 21, 1936. P. L. Sperr.
