Manhattan: 59th Street - 6th Avenue

New York Athletic Club, 59th Street at S.E. corner of Sixth Avenue. This will soon be demolished for the construction of the Hotel St. Moritz, while the new Athletic Club building will replace the Spanish Flats, on the S.E. corner of Seventh Avenue and 59th Street. May 25, 1928. P. L. Sperr.
