South William , Beaver & William Sts. Merchant Marine House, 9 story building on plot of nearly 6,00 square feet and valued at approximately $1,250,000, purchased by Cecil P. Stewart for his companies a few years a go, and resold by Mr. Stewart reserves leases for fee to the Insurance Company of North America. Mr. Stewart reserves leases for four floors for a long term of years and besides makes the largest profit for the owners that has been made on any real estate "turn" in the neighborhood. Charles F.
