Queens: Mott Avenue - Eggert Place

Mott Ave., at the N.W. corner of Eggert Place, showing Aunt Sally Mott's homestead, owned by Mrs. Seaman from 1878 to 1891. It is said that this house was built by Squire John Mott during the time of the Revolutionary War. It is now known as Mrs. Seaman's Cottage. January 1923. Eugene L. Armbruster Collection.
