East 233rd Street, at, adjoining and east of the N.E. corner of Bronx Boulevard. The 1-story brick building, at the corner, bears No. 4200 on the last named thoroughfare, while the two adjoining houses bear Nos. 611 and 613 East 233rd Street. June 6, 1928. P. L. Sperr.
