Bronx: Bronxdale Avenue - Van Nest Avenue

Bronxdale Ave. (running from right to left, on which "For Sale" sign appears), south from Van Nest (right) to Pierce Aves., showing a general view, in a westerly direction, of the surrounding area as seen from the lower end of the Morris Park Race Track. On the left are the repair shops and extensive freight yards of the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad extending west to Unionport Road. In the upper left hand corner, east of the Unionport Road bridge over the tracks, is visible the railroad's Van Nest station. About 1910.
