Manhattan: Riverside Drive - 114th Street

Riverside Drive, at the N. E. corner of West 114th Street, showing the Althea Rudd Ward home of the 1800's. This, a family holding for more that 50 years, is in fact more than 100 years old. A newspaper clipping, dated January 5, 1911, reports the sale and proposed demolition of same for a modern 12 story apartment building. The A. C. & H. M. Hall Realty Co. is the new owner. H. N.
