Richmond: Wild Avenue - Melvin Avenue

Wild Avenue, east side, between Melvin Avenue and Pearson Street, showing an old house on the Louis Schmul property. This property was dedicated, in April, 1939, as Schmul Park, after Louis Schmul donated the land to the City of New York to be developed as a public park and children's playground.
