Manhattan: East River Drive - Montgomery Street

East River Drive, east from a point below Montgomery Street, showing constructional details of this new vehicular thoroughfare. The entire block between Front and South Streets has been cleared permitting this to continue as a marginal thoroughfare. On the left is Gouverneur Hospital at Gouverneur Slip.
