Manhattan: 45th Street (East) - 2nd Avenue

East 45th Street, south side, east from (No. 226), a point midway between Third and Second Aves., to the latter and showing an excavation at No. 226; the first structure shown being No. 228. Upon this clearance was constructed a 5-story building occupied by Palmer and Embury in 1936. This set consists of a negative and a positive. March 5, 1927. F. M. Demarest. Gift of Albert A.
