(1) 386 and 396 Richmond Terrace, south side, between Westervelt Avenue and St. Peters Place. No. 386 (left) appears in Bromley's 1917 map as the West Day and Evening School. From 1874 to 1907 it belonged to the Pendleton family. No. 396 belonged to the Wilkinson family according to the real estate maps of 1874 to 1907. May 2, 1928 P. L.
