Manhattan: Park Avenue - 87th Street

1060 Park Avenue, at N. W. corner of 87th Street, practically completed, replacing the 7-story Niagara apartments on corner and three 3-story buildings, Nos. 1064-66-68. The small buildings above it will be demolished before 1928. Late 1923. Howard Cox, Photographer. Gift of E.M. Jenks.
