(1) First Ave., east side, north from East 96th Street, showing P.S. No. 99 in the center. March 29, 1937. P. L. Sperr. The 98th to 99th Streets block, is occupied by a storage yard (N.E. corner of East 98th Street) and a used car lot (S.E. corner of 99th Street). Beyond same, appears P.S. No. 99, extending to 100th Street, with a playground utilizing the First Ave. frontage.
