Queens: Queens Boulevard - 63rd Avenue

Queens Boulevard, north side, between Sixty-third Avenue (foreground not shown) and 62nd Drive (background, not shown). At the right, beyond the signboards is the M. Covert house of 1852-1860. Mrs. H. Covert was the owner in 1873. In the background, center, faintly distinguishable, is the home of Mrs. Howard. View No. 2 shows the Covert house practically demolished. The new street line for Queens Boulevard will probably extend to a point beyond the house. Views 3 and 4 show a rear of the house which is hidden by an outhouse. View 2: Views 3&4: Eugene L.
