Upper Bay - Staten Island - Stapleton - Pier 13

Upper New York Bay, at Stapleton, Staten Island, showing the front and north side of pier 13, as seen from Front Street, between Prospect and Cross Streets. This municipal dock, and others, was built by Mayor Hylan's Administration and after having fallen into desuetude was reconditioned and became part of the Foreign Trade Zone.
