364-370 E. Houston Street, adjoining and east of the S.W. corner of Avenue C. No. 366 is a frame house with a brick front. The 5 story tenement at the right margin is No. 370. The three low buildings, No's. 364 to 368 inclusive, between the corner structure (left, not seen) and this, are to be razed according to the New York Sun of February 23, 1939.
