Bronx: Devoe Avenue - 174th Street (East)

(1) Devoe Ave., west side, between East 174th and East 177th Streets, showing the G. Wilson Mansion. It was demolished between 1913 and 1927 and on its site (and the surrounding land) was constructed Starlight Amusement Park. The house stood about fifty feet northwest of where the band stand of the park now (1938) stands. 1915. (2) A view of the entrance to the mansion. 1915.
