345 to 361 Second Ave., west side, north from East 20th to 21st Streets, showing a row of 3-story houses erected about 1867. No. 345, the left corner structure houses the Anawanda Democratic Club. The two buildings at the far corner, Nos. 359 and 361 were sold by the Brener Estate (original owners) according to the New York Times, October 13, 1937 and in conjunction with No. 248 East 21st Street will be demolished for a new 14-story apartment house.
